Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

What should I pay attention to before signing a contract?

Check that the parties and subject matter are clearly stated, and that obligations, deadlines, liability and the dispute resolution procedure are set out. It is best to show the contract to a lawyer before signing.

Why is a claim (pre-trial demand) sent?

It gives the parties a chance to settle the dispute before court and in many cases is required before applying to court.

Can you review a ready-made contract?

Yes, legal review of a draft contract is part of our services. To get advice it is enough to provide the document.
