01General provisions

This policy describes how the “SUITS ALIBI” law firm (the “Firm”) processes the Client’s personal data when accepting payments through the website. Data is processed in accordance with the personal data legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

02What data is collected

The Firm does not collect or store the bank card number, expiry date or security code: they are entered directly on the payment system (Multicard) page.

• First and last name — to identify the payer and prepare payment documents.
• Payment amount, status and time.
• Personal link identifier — to open the payment page.
• Technical data (security log): page address, time, browser type — to keep the service stable and secure.

03Purposes of data use

• Accepting and confirming payments.
• Issuing the fiscal receipt and settlement documents.
• Handling the Client’s requests and disputes and, if necessary, refunding the payment.
• Complying with legal requirements.

04Consent

By ticking the consent box in the payment form or by paying through a personal link, the Client consents to the processing of their data for the purposes above. Consent can be withdrawn by a written request; data that must be retained by law is kept nonetheless.

05Disclosure to third parties

Data is not sold or shared for advertising. It may be shared only in the following cases:

• The payment system (Multicard) — to the extent necessary for the payment and the fiscal receipt.
• Technical service providers (hosting, protection services) — to run the service, under a confidentiality obligation.
• Protection against automated requests (Cloudflare Turnstile) — only in the general payment form without a link; it receives technical information about your browser.
• Government authorities — only in cases provided by law.

06Storage and protection

Data is stored on protected servers; access is restricted and protected by passwords and an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The place and period of storage are determined in accordance with applicable law.

• Payment and settlement documents are kept for the period established by law.
• Technical logs are kept for a limited time.

07Cookies and browser storage

The website does not use advertising or tracking tools. Only necessary technical features are used: browser storage to show the correct status when a payment is reopened, and a session marker so that the intro animation is shown once.

08Your rights

Send your request through the contact page or in writing to the address given in the “Requisites”; we will respond within the period set by law.

• to obtain information about your data;
• to request correction of inaccurate data;
• in cases provided by law, to request deletion or restriction of processing;
• to withdraw consent.

09Changes

The policy may be updated. The current version is kept on this page with the date of the update.
